The house burned down but has now been completely rebuilt so it is now worth even more as it is almost all new construction. The debtors need to show 12 on time payments in order to qualify for a refinance. There is more than sufficient equity in the home to pay 100% to all creditors. If the case gets dismissed then all the interest that has been held at bay will immediately accrue. The debtors are now able to make a payment continuously as the debtor husband is now fully employed. Can we confirm at the $200/month and keep the plan going?
